Halloween 2023!!

The Stainless Games team celebrated Halloween in spooktacular style on Tuesday 31 October.

Employees could come to work in fancy dress, present goodies for a ghoulish bake-off competition, and the freaky festivities ended with a meal at the local pub.

Fancy dress costumes ranged from ghosts and the Grinch to Hagrid and Leon Kennedy from Resident Evil 4. 

Artist Mike Carson won best fancy dress with his spookily stylish undead pirate, and in the bake-off, the tastiest (sweet) bake was a tricksy tray-treat created by Lead Programmer Dan Hallifax, while Operations Director Ben Gunstone swept the board for savoury fayre with his disgustingly tasty sausage & black pudding ghosts and sausage fingers. Senior Artist Steve Rushbrook won ‘scariest looking offering’ with his ‘No guts, no glory’ muffins.

With additional Halloween doughnuts and enough sweeties to put everyone in a sugar coma, fun was had by all and Stainless thanks the whole team for their creativity and participation - Roll on next Halloween!
